      Lead project management efforts associated with streamlining business processes through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Support the Risk Manager(s) ad hoc on issues and projects- Agenda owner for Risk Governance Team - Hold individuals accountable for meeting deadlines on open issues/exposures/findings- Work with Enterprise Risk to close out issues in a timely and accurate manner - Manage the development, implementation, testing and maintenance of the Business Contingency Plan- Support department and divisional management in execution of contingency plans during an event- Plan, initiate, and report the results of contingency exercises for dashboard reporting- Participate in coordinator meetings, training and awareness activities- Keep management informed of Contingency Plans by communicating progress, issues, concerns and opportunities - Ensure the adequacy of existing information security controls- Identify potential and actual system security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures- Conduct system security assessments and risk analysis- Recommend, develop, implement and coordinate new security roles for all levels across the business unit- Serve as a Subject Matter Expertise on projects that impact access for department - Review and analyze business unit requests for moves, new hire setups, and other space modifications and propose solutions- Maintain up-to-date business plan data, span of control, occupancy/vacancy information, workstation data, and other relevant space information to support space planning efforts- Work closely with Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management to identify space needs and potential solutions - Provide policy and procedure expertise to call center crew- Support updates to internal policy and procedure manuals- Support projects as needed - Lead a team of ~25 contractors who take basic core calls to support the call center during tax season- Develop and coach contractors to prepare them for a permanent position with Vanguard- Monitor calls (`50/month)- Develop and coach support interns for leadership roles - Assist retail clients with transaction requests in a call center environment- Support less tenured crew with problem solving- Assist project as needed
