(3) Talent AcquisitionLead clients through full cycle recruitment processes for management positions. Provide recommendations in design, implementation and coordination of recruitments. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and collective agreements. Implement attraction strategies to meet corporate hiring objectives. Partner with hiring managers to identify and analyze business/human capital needs and role requirements. Assist in developing strategic (3-5 years) and operational (12-18 months) workforce planning. Uphold integrity of recruitments, ensure a bias-free selection process in accordance with Corporate and legislative standards. Show less
