For 85 years, our summer study abroad programs have allowed participants to explore the world in a personal, meaningful way, and to develop new, enduring friendships through hands-on cultural experiences and homestays in 26 countries."I led the Fine Arts & Photography program in Paris and Provence for 13 American high school students. Working with a coleader, we planned a 10-day, 14-hour itinerary throughout Paris and managed a $14k budget. We resolved logistical and social conflict, nurtured practical and emotional needs while on-call 24/7. We met in groups and one-on-one to facilitate reflection upon personal growth, leadership, and cultural immersion. And of course, we played a lot of games, learned what's cool for teenagers these days, and practiced our French. Show less

  Camille Inge is a researcher and consultant at the NeuroLeadership Institute as well as a key contributor to NLI’s perpetual re-imaging of how we work for the past 7 years. Camille co-designs some of NLI’s distributed learning solutions, including IMPROVE: The Neuroscience of Better Feedback, INCLUDE: The Neuroscience of Smarter Teams, and FOCUS: The Neuroscience of Thriving Through Crisis. FOCUS has helped millions of employees take care of each other throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Camille also spearheads custom framework design, learning architecture, and program facilitation for leading companies across healthcare, technology, consumer goods, education, entertainment, and finance industries. Her unwavering goals are to create radical clarity, mitigate unconscious bias, and inspire active inclusion. Camille has contributed to the research, writing, and editing of 13 peer-reviewed articles in the NeuroLeadership Journal, and led content development for 7 NeuroLeadership Summits, NLI’s annual conference challenging conventional wisdom with scientific research.
