Along with management studies, I had the opportunity to learn from professors with vast experience in areas such as technical analysis of financial markets, circular economy, and other management-related disciplines. Erasmus+ experience has given me a lot of international exposure and networking opportunities. I have engaged with people from other nationalities and learned about their cultures. This kind of interaction helped me expand my professional horizons along with understanding the intercultural aspects of management.
