  Organize games and challenges in efforts to promote physical activity for children grades K - 5. In addition, I assist in developing motor skills and physical development by implementing the proper exercise and encouraging healthy eating habits to my students. I am able to adjust the curricula to adapt to the students with disabilities or different physical abilities as I am also on the DeKalb County Curriculum Writing Team. I possess strong speaking and listening skills, am extremely knowledgeable about all required grade school sports and physical activities, so therefore, I am able to communicate and demonstrate them properly. Through observation of my students, I am able to maintain discipline within my class. I currently hold the health and wellness committee team leader role as well. Show less
