My role in the project was to analyse the existing CBTs built in Witness and Simul8 and create a model of a fleet of aircraft and their related operations for The Boeing Company in the final selected platform, Aerogility.   Service Engineer for the Trent 1000 fleet in the Rolls-Royce Americas Customer Regional Team (CRT). Acting as engineering focal point for all Rolls Royce Trent 1000 Customers within the Americas region. Main responsibilities include:•Liaise with Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 customers to provide engineering support. As single in region engineering focal point, these range from providing high level engineering fleet insight, to detailed engineering analysis of emerging issues as well as communicating future product design changes.•Provide Power Plant engineering services to our Account management team to aid with contract and future strategy development.•Project manage root cause (RCA) investigations for Trent 1000 in region events. Utilise a wide range of RCA tools as well as PM practices such as, requirements, risk, resource and schedule management. •Drive the implementation of new engineering tools in our customer base.
