I have worked in SAP CRM front end, i.e CRM WebUI using BOL and Genil programming as well as in the backend using APIs and BADIs. I also handled critical objects involving the integration of ECC and CRM through CRM Middleware. I follow Object-oriented Programming Paradigm even while working with RICEF. I have used IPC for Pricing user exits. I have worked in 3 CRM Implementation projects ( 2 in CRM Sales and 1 Interaction Center). I was also a part of CRM Upgrade project from CRM 7.0 EHP1 to EHP3. I did multiple data migrations from legacy system to CRM server through Interfaces. I also worked with post-production issues and change requests in both CRM and ECC. I am also learning and exploring UI5, Javascript, Fiori and Odata for a better and faster User experience.
