  Delhi Fellow (May, 2014 – May, 2016) – Worked with 38 fourth graders in 2014 and working with 40 fifth graders. Planned critically for every child and imparted inclusive and holistic education by heritage and nature walks, tribal and book festivals to connect textbooks to the real world and videos for different kinds of learners. Developed and executed plans on integrated, inquiry and activity based learning. Planned and facilitated sessions for fellows on experiential learning and principals on vision setting. Invested stakeholders like Principal, School staff, Parents, Non-TFI kids towards achieving the vision of Learning for all by generating the need of taking ownership in co-creating a learning culture to achieve excellent education. Applied Asset Based Community Development framework to identify strengths and opportunities in and around school to increase parental investment, attendance and learning culture by facilitating all staff meetings and Parent Teacher Conferences to brainstorm ideas and share best practices. Reviewer – Selection Reviewer Committee Personal Initiatives:School Transformation Project – Learning for all – Walia Public School, New Usmanpur Campaigned for equity by creating opportunities for non-TFI classrooms – teaching, conducting workshops, training them for external events, competitions and projects resulted in increased investment and attendance. Conceptualized and implemented SUPW with teachers resulting in their increased involvement and self-confidence. Conducted Training sessions for teachers on purpose of education, reflection, personal growth and effectiveness.Be The Change Project – Synergy – created a platform to initiate and facilitate collective impact. Project Timarpur: towards improving learning outcomes by utilizing the existing resources and sharing best practices by the stakeholders like MLA, social activists, teachers and principals in the Timarpur constituency.
