  In my last assignment before superannuation, headed Bank's Agency Banking (Bank’s relationship with RBI and Government Business) .Also, had the opportunity to function as Bank's Compliance Officer, which equipped me with the understanding of risk and regulatory framework.During 2010-2013,was operational Head of a Business network (with 500 branches appx) accounting for a balance sheet of around Rs 30,000 crores. Played a major role in lifting staff morale and energizing customer orientation with path breaking interventions in human relations management and capacity building. Conceptualised, designed and supervised an offbeat training programme christened ‘SME Commandoes, wherein high potential officers were identified and imparted rigorous training in SME lending, so as to prepare them to function as full fledged credit officers within a short period.
