  Directed day to day operations for this award-winning fine-dining restaurant that focuses on unique dry-aged steaks and locally caught seafood. Knife & Spoon received significant accolades during the summer of 2021 - summer of 2022 including the AAA 4 Diamond and Forbes 4 Star awards. During the first ever Michelin Guide review for Florida - Knife & Spoon became one of four Orlando restaurants to receive the Michelin Star. An additional achievement that I am proud to have earned would be attaining 94% on the employee engagement survey two years in a row. The employee engagement survey score is a metric that is a direct reflection of how the team at knife and spoon felt I conducted myself as their leader.
