      I've been in a pool my whole life. I was born with a congenital hip dislocation, learning to swim before I could move. The water is a wonderful environment for healing and training. Swimming is the most common form of fitness; I swam competitively for over a decade until I discovered aquatic fitness. Unfortunately it is unknown to most as a true form of fitness. Deep water running is a favorite for many, enabling athletes to train in true form. Shallow water can also give a great cardio-strength workout.I invite you to come try a class! Show less
