Implemented several solutions to monitor individual technician performance across all departments within the Cirrus facility, to automate repetitive or error-prone tasks, and to schedule preventative maintenance on major pieces of equipment. Used data-driven approaches to improve material efficiencies, reduce takt times, and minimize product defects and fitment issues both within the facility and at downstream processes.
