  Review driver logs to assure compliance with DOT regulations, review violations/miles without hours with drivers, prepare corrective action notifications/follow-ups, and prepare log variance reports for the Transportation Manager. Track and process all driver absences and input into the Truckmate system and provide associated documents to payroll. Assist in answering questions regarding company provided benefits. Assist in accident reporting, satellite communication issues, truck and trailer equipment issues. Specifically for owner operators, maintain the following: equipment files, maintenance files, insurance information, and insures that we have federal annual inspections completed. Promote positive driver morale. Driver appreciation week, apparel program and bulletin board updates.
