  Responsible for the conceptual project of the new MicroEssentials plant in the Uberaba facilities with an estimated budget of USD$ 180 MM.Responsible for the conceptual project of a new ammonia tank and a truckload out system in the Cubatão port with an estimated budget of USD$ 120 MM.Experience on portfolio management being responsible for the transformation program in the projects and control areas with the following main objectives: improve the capital cost allocation; reduce the projects expenditures; achieve a better portfolio of projects aligning the organizational strategy and priorities with the projects outcomes. Significant results: Reduction on the 2018 portfolio capital expenditures in an amount of MUSD$ 6,0, as well as a better-balanced portfolio that mixed opportunities, regulatory and sustainable projects.Responsible for the CMT-CIU slurry pipeline inspection, reliability program and the immediate repair actions. With an outstanding result, the inspections provided informations to mitigate operational and environmental risks after the completion of Immediately repair actions. Responsible for the Tapira tailings pumping systems project that provided the conditions to return the operations after the Dams regulatory changes that resulted on an unplanned production stoppage. It was a challenging project in terms of complexity, schedule and scope. The project was completed within 90 days, since the conception and engineering phases until the implementation. More than 350 tons of pipe was built, with more than 55.000 worked hours without any incident. Show less
