I was responsible for meeting daily and weekly store budget expectations and actively led opportunities to grow sales through strong customer relationships, selling of product and services, and through involvement in in-store marketing and promotions.I ensured salon cleanliness and maintenance in keeping with the company’s general policy on services. I educated staff on OH&S and reviewed all safe working practices regularly. My role saw me managing upwards of fifteen staff, encouraging and motivating all employees to reach their potential both technically and professionally for their individual benefit and future growth of the salon. I play a significant role in the running of large scale Quality Energy projects. I manage all stock ordering, liaise with installers and ensure the job is completed in a timely and orderly manner. I have a comprehensive understanding of OHS management systems and ISO 9001:2008 - Quality management system. I have also completed an internationally accredited NEBOSH certification. With more than 9 years’ experience in electrical manufacturing and installation, I have successfully embedded a safety management framework (WH&S) that has resulted in Zero Harm across factory and site based activity.Working alongside a talented pool of specialists, we thrive on delivering Quality in every way we can. We have maintained the family feel through our hands-on approach to every job whilst delivering the highest level of professional service - which also means our customers can enjoy a more affordable and timely solution to their energy needs.
