Funder: National Institutes of Health (NIH).Summary of role:The hub has five cores (projects) supported by; Aga Khan University, University of Michigan, Kenya Medical Research Institute-Wellcome trust and Dalhousie University. https://uzimadatascience.org/team/people/. Supported different aspects of UZIMA-DS in project management; planning, implementation , monitoring and evaluation of the various projects under the hub. Main tasks involve; coordinating activities, tracking milestones, proposal development, protocol development, applying for approvals (institutional ethical review and NACOSTI), development of data sharing and use agreements, stakeholder engagement activities, data collection and aggregation, manuscript preparation (for preliminary datasets).
