  My responsibility as Defect Coordinator was to prioritize defects and coordinate defect team work in Nokia RnD S60 SW development group. I was in contact between different Nokia teams located in UK, China and with some Nokia partners. I acted as Rational Change key user and kept trainings for many teams in Oulu and Tampere and also for new personnel in our own organization. I took care of our defect backlog and communicated with stakeholders about resourcing issues when that was needed. I acted as Scrum master (Telephony team) and in that role I took care of Scrum ceremonies and participated to teams work. I integrated some development environment SW packages for our team because there wasn't any ready environment available. I also made some updates to code (Symbian), helped in SW testing and acted as defect coordinator substitute one month. My responsibility was to do project plans (requirement and error management), lead telephony team work and report progress to management and other stakeholders. I managed five-person SW integration team almost five years. At that time my main tasks was to set personal goals, do personal evaluations, work with internal customers and subcontractors, take part in budget planning, do recruiting etc. I acted as team contact person between other stakeholders like SW development and testing groups and internal customers inside Nokia. I was responsible of integrating and releasing SW packages to own SW development and test teams and other internal customers. I was responsible of developing and maintaining test cases, improving test coverage, running tests and reporting results to management and SW development teams. I did my thesis work (topic was Memory management in EPOC) and at the same time I worked as SW test engineer by developing and running test cases and reporting test results.

  Most important task in Teknopalatsi fitness center was to start organic food shop and smoothie bar. I clarified the demands of the law regarding the grocer's shop and regarding the smoothie bar activity. I made working instructions for personnel based on food law. Furthermore, I organized the decoration of premises together with the owner of the company and created comprehensive networks with the suppliers.I had full responsibility of all orders concerning organic food shop and smoothie bar.
