  Ginny founded Flex Dance in 1989 when she relocated to Sarasota Florida from New York City where she was an established dance teacher teaching at Vassar College, New York University, Steps, The Broadway Dance Center and other facilities. Flex grew to be the largest dance studio on Florida's West Coast, with two state of the art 10,000 square foot buildings that housed 8 dance studios, two preschools, a two dance retail stores and was home to an international newsletter publication and other projects.
