  When I joined the company, my goal was to create a Level 1 Support team for the application the sell. I had the opportunity to implement ITIL methodology to control problems, issues, deployments, etc. I gathered a team with 5 resources, trained them to support the clients, created solutions for issue tracking, improvement tracking, online chat, etc. I had to develop my communication and relationship skills in order to deal with all sort of people had access to me (since attendants up to managers and directors).Beyond the technical and IT skills, I also developed deep knowledge on Editorial Market.   Responsible for EFD-REINF, a Fed Gov requirement, implementation on IBM Brazil and all other companies belonging to the group. It includes architectural solution design for applications interface, new processes definition and improvement, support to operational teams involved, executive report, deep taxes knowledge to capture gaps and implement further controls, quality assurance, business controls, audit support, etc.Besides EFD-REINF, I also have a relatively strong connection to eSocial implementation and SST (Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho), where further controls need to be implemented and I'm heading these fronts. Show less When working as Delivery Manager, I was on duty for a team with 50 to 70 resources actuating as Developers, Testers, Production Support and Business Analysts. All these roles supporting AT&T Universal Billing platform. Beyond the day by day demand, I also led the Billing application itself migration from Mainframe to Linux. This was the most complex and challenging project I ever worked. This delivery covered technical aspects, decisions taken, resource fulfillment, financial control, vendor election, visit to US Technical team, report to upper management/executives, crisis management and people management. I supported two main application and 9 other peripheral. All of them related to Numbering and Porting processes. The Numbering application also known as Number Management System is responsible to manage all mobile telephone numbers along Sprint-NEXTEL network, as well as all devices attached to it (cell phones, 3G, 4G, Wi-Max Modems, etc). The porting application, also known as Number Porting System is responsible to handle all Port In and Port out requests processed by Sprint-NEXTEL.On my duties, I had to Build and Support all Dev, Test and Production environment for this set of applications. Support Developers and Testing teams on troubleshooting. Prepare, present and rehearse all code implementation plans among involved parties. Automate monitoring activities. Support 3-5 major releases/yearly and up to 20 minor installs. Optimize application setup for performance, Support Operational System, Database and Third Party software patches and upgrades and guarantee applications integrity.The IT environment I had to work with was Linux, Oracle, IBM Websphere MQ, Tomcat, JBoss.And the industry was mainly Telecom, specially Number/Device activation, provisioning and portability.
