  Haz mat incident commander instructor

  I taught the CSTI certified Hazardous Materials Incident Commander course as part of my ancillary duties. The course was delivered to chief officers and experienced fire captains. The course is OSHA compliant with an emphasis on safety. The topics covered include legal mandates, incident planning, ICS, hazard assessment, risk analysis, and evacuation management.
