Scope and Responsibilities • Analyzing financial results over the period and interpreting performance trends of more than 2400 exchanges and 3500 Base Transceiver Stations to trigger operational decision making, to help higher management.• Preparing and presenting comparative year to date reports of Exchanges and Base Transceiver Stations on monthly basis, to assist management in understanding the overall company’s financial performance. • Collating, preparing and interpreting monthly power reports and advance rent reports. • Maintaining records of agreements of more than 1400 hired sites and highlighting the areas where re-negotiations/re-allocations are required. • Part of the team working on cost control and optimization initiatives. Team was able to save around AED 30 million and that was 2.5 times of the set targets. • Preparing and interpreting reports for non-financial departments to aid decision making.• Negotiations of new lease agreements for BTS, ONU & MSAGs and presenting the results of financial impact to management.
