Worked to redesign and launch a multi-million dollar complete redevelopment of Florida's unemployment program under the name Project Connect. Led and participated in joint application design (JAD) and joint requirement meetings (JRM). Assisted in the creation and training of a new office of 20+ administrative hearing officers. Supervised 15-25 administrative hearing officers on an ongoing basis. Held weekly meetings and training sessions. Performed audits, quality assurance, and handled public complaints. Held 40 to 60 administrative hearings per week. Called witnesses, entered evidence, and conducted legal proceedings. Wrote public facing legal decisions for each one which could be appealed as high as the Supreme Court.
