      Lead T-Mobile's Enterprise Commissions Operations Team. Lead teams responsible for paying commissions and providing a first-class service experience to T-Mobile’s frontline sales employees. Played a lead role in Integration efforts starting in Fall of 2018. Built and maintained strong relationships with cross-functional groups including IT, Accounting, PMO, Legal, Audit, and Compliance. Led the effort to re-energize T-Mobile’s business in Costco resulting in YOY growth for 16 out of 17 months and a significant increase of market share. Documented all processes, promotional details, and sales results in one location, resulting in a seamless transition to the next Account Management Team. Managed all aspects of T-Mobile’s relationship with Anderson Merchandisers, a third-party company responsible for setting up and maintaining over 7000 displays across more than 4500 Walmart and Best Buy locations. Partnered with production vendor to drive better execution, faster shipping, and reduced costs. Successfully kept merchandising standards high while always staying under budget. Served as the key contact between Marketing and all other internal and external players in the Walmart Family Mobile business. Developed the business case behind expanding the Walmart Associate discount and worked to drive over 12k Associate activations in 3 months. Served as the Sales lead for the launch of Walmart Family Mobile including participation in the creation of IT requirements and the creation of both internal and external training and communication. Worked as the lead contact for Care and Sales during the October 2009 Danger Outage. Worked cross-functionally with PD, Engineering, Marketing, and IT to coordinate T-Mobile’s response. Served as the Lead Analyst for Sales M&P on key projects including T-Mobile @Home and the T-Mobile G1 playing a key role in working with cross-functional groups to coordinate communications, training, content, and post-launch support. Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of message, minimized redundancy, and complete information in the creation of articles. Served as the Sales Communications lead on many launches including FlexPay and various high profile handset launches.
