  When first hired at Kenton Ridge, I taught both English and Spanish, as well as pioneered the use of student's own mobile devices in my building. I was a member of the District's technology committee, as well as recognized as a technology innovator. Before I taught College Credit Plus, my principal relied on me to maintain the KR website as well as to publish the quarterly newsletter. For the past two years, my students' successful portfolios, as well as their scores on the ELA 2 AIR test, have earned me the rank of Accomplished. Show less

  At Clark State, I taught the Social Media & DIgital Interactivity and Digital Aesthetics courses for the New Media department. In Social Media, we focused on the business aspects of social media, including the top three social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. In Digital Aesthetics, we examined how design impacts websites and presentations. I have also taught HTML 5 & CSS, where students learn to write HTML and to problem solve and apply their knowledge.
