  • Led the 16-person UCDFS business team through the Formula Student UK 2021 competition, achieving a 20th place finish, a significant improvement from the team's previous best result of 34th, while effectively adapting to challenges posed by Covid-19 lockdowns and FS Concept Class entry.• Personally secured €30,000+ in sponsorship through effective negotiations with new corporate partners, ensuring monetary support and equipment/software procurement to support the UCDFS engineering teams. • Implemented a comprehensive business team restructuring and recruitment, expanding it from five permanent members to sixteen. • Created promotional material for sponsors, including personally delivering an 8-lesson STEM course on ‘Electricity and Electric Vehicles’ through Zoom to a primary school fifth class on behalf of a key sponsor. This intensive 4-week programme involved training and workshops in developing a start up venture, culminating in a pitch to industry and investment professionals.
