  During my placement year at Tata steel I was placed on a high profile critical project that posed many unique challenges through process and to the business. Whilst at Tata I liased with shift members to commercial directors weekly. I owned and ran individual projects and gained a vast technical knowledge on metallurgy and data science. The project team I was a member of more than halved rejection rates and met all aspirational targets.
