      As a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, I acted as a liaison, provide product/services information, address queries, and resolve any issues that our customer accounts might be facing with accuracy and efficiency.This role required patience, being empathetic, and passionately communicative. Good communication skills is the key to the role. As a Customer service representative, I was able to put myself in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless and had received a great number of raves within the short span of my tenure in the role. Problem-solving is a generic quality that is developed while working as CSR. Troubleshooting and investigating are other skills that I have developed working as a CSR.
