  In 2020, I transitioned to the role of Program Manager and continued serving as the first point of contact to assess and escalate departmental inquiries. In this position, I communicated responsively between several departments: fiscal shared services, human resources, and university business services. The role involved document preparation, budget oversight, travel and expense reporting, calendar management, web content management, and inventory tracking for a high-profile office. Moving up from International Programs to the Office of University Communications, I served as primary liaison between fiscal shared services, procurement, human resources, and university business services to resolve departmental inquiries. In 2018, I transitioned from my prior work as a travel professional and testing proctor to join the administrative team in the International Programs department. In this role, I provided customer support services to international students seeking counsel while supervising a student worker. I also scheduled meetings, prepared financial documents, and managed the calendars of the Vice Provost and Senior Director.
