      Head Volleyball Coach

I was able to work with students and parents in order to create a safe learning environment that also fosters growth. I ran rotations, managed schedules as well as communicated extensively with other coaches. Getting to work with young student-athletes and optimize their training is the best part of this job. Being able to see growth and watch them learn through trial and error is key for both athletic and academic endeavors that will have a long lasting impression on everyone involved.

      Education Mentor

In partnership with Immokalee Foundation & Lead Estero. My role involved leading daily activities that sparked creativity and critical thinking, while also fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. The heart of our program was the journey from product ideation to creation, culminating in pitch preparation that allowed these young minds to shine. One of the most fulfilling aspects of this role has been witnessing the growth and development of the mentees. Beyond just honing their entrepreneurial skills, our unique mentor-mentee relationships provided a platform for them to explore and develop their own personalities. At the end of the program, each group was able to pitch their product/service to a board of judges that replicated real life investors. This allowed each group the full entrepreneurial experience while learning life skills along the way. Show less
