      Experience in Networking, MPLS, OSPF, VPN, BGP, IPVPN, Palo Alto devices, Juniper devices, hardware installation and managing LAN-WAN.Troubleshooting ILL and VPN problems faced by the customers such as link flapping, link down, latency, packet loss, slow browsing, slow upload and download speed, no browsing, throughput, Website not opening, application issues and destination IP not reachable, Multicast issues, WAN/LAN related issues.Coordinating with last mile provider (wired) Bharti Airtel, Sify, Tata Teleservices, Reliance, Vodafone, HFCL, Tikona, etc. also for last mile observation and assigning of field engineer at local site or POP location as per requirement.Handling escalations from the customer network operation centre and internal higher ups.Using outstanding interpersonal and communication skills via email and telephone.Closing cases with proper root cause analysis.Have hands-on experience of troubleshooting on Cisco, Dell, and Juniper PE router and switch.Ensuring all the complaints & requests to be resolved within a Service Level Agreement.Experience in Handling link down, link flapping, packet drops, Latency, destination unreachable issues.Have hands-on experience of troubleshooting and configurations on Cisco device, Encoder, decoder, MUX, router, Switch.Work on customer complaints like latency, packet drops, not able to reach destination etc.Closing cases with proper root cause analysisHandling and resolving escalations of domestic and international customers.End to end follow-up with customer and last mile team for earlier resolution.Role of Spoc in handling Incident management cases - Coordinating with last mile provider for last mile observation and speedy resolution.Providing RFO as per relevant guideline.
