  Mr. Hiroaki Ikebe has been working for Toyo Engineering Corporation for more than 32 years. He has many experiences as a chief assigned engineer of water and wastewater systems of major projects in TOYO such as Petrochemical, Refinery and Desalination plants.In 1992 to 1994, he had been on loan to a Japanese Central Government agency, named The Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund, (present name : Japan International Cooperation Agency). As a technical advisor, he evaluated many overseas projects which were financed by Japanese government. In 2003, he moved to Business Planning and Exploring Department to explore water business such as desalination and wastewater reuse, and also study of BOO T scheme. In 2007, he moved back to Facility Engineering Division to realize large water projects and explore enterprise of water business.He has 12 patents on water & wasterwater treatment technologies in Japan, China and USA.
