  Associate Software Development Engineer

  In my position as an Associate Software Developer at Teamlease, I played a crucial role in the creation and enhancement of web applications. Utilizing a range of technologies including React.js, Redux, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core Web API, and C#, I was able to significantly contribute to the development process. One of the key projects I worked on was the ALCS (Associate Lifecycle System), a comprehensive payroll system. This project provided me with an opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of highly skilled and experienced developers. Through this collaboration, I was able to deepen my knowledge and expertise in modern web development technologies and practices. My role involved not only writing and optimizing code but also participating in various stages of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the latest industry standards and best practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Show less
