  Storage -NAS domain:I was a part of cutting edge technology project named ‘Ganesha’ which is a NFS server running in User Space .so I have a good expertise on nfs v3 and v4 protocols .Our product SONAS’s environment is a clustered GPFS file system of RHEL linux nodes, thereby gaining expertise on shell and perl scripting and a deep knowledge of clustered NAS domain.Job roles and responsibilities:My job involved things ranging from development to unit testing comprising of spotting defects/bugs , fixing defects , running protocol tests using tools like connecthathon and py-nfs ,performance tests using filebench, interoperability tests to be run on operating systems comprising of Windows ,linux ,MAC,solaris and AIX,writing wrapper scripts to improve efficiency ,stress testing using my own scripts,scalability tests using swifttest tool and running autotest suite and analysing the results on each build released . I have fixed 57 defects and opened 60 defects .I build ganesha rpms weekly using GIT repo .Accomplishments:Through trainings , i have learnt Perl scripting , linux kernel knowledge and have written a 3000 line perl code for implementing ACL autotest and a 4000 line advanced perl code for cache invalidate testing.I have got good performance ratings for last two consecutive years and got promoted twice in last two successive years.   1.Grew ‘Business App’ users by average of 70% month on month for a year by:-Launching critical features which are only available on the app like lead scraping, executive management module, creation of offers module-Revamping many modules based on user research by understanding where the pain points lie and solving each pain point with different UX like lead management module and home page module. -Planning a six month integrated marketing communication with push SMS, email and calling since there is always resistance to change explaining the benefits.2.Improved daily usage traction on the ‘Business App’ by 220% in 6 months by:-Floating point rewards were given using a logic based on how fast they call their leads and how regularly they use the app for managing their leads.-Introducing the concept of ‘Score’ where ‘responsiveness‘ is one part which depends on how fast they use their app to call their leads.-Allowing payments in the app through no cost EMI option and controlling their daily maximum limit by coordinating with third party vendors and internal teams to launch the product.-Developing ‘Nudge’ architecture where we show a carousel of actions to take.3.Boosted organic reviews from users by 310% in 1 year by:-Developing points architecture and creating a loyalty program where users come for repeat purchase and they can avail discounts based on many rules one of which is posting review. Do a lot of research and design the UI and features on our products. Understand Business requirements and make sure app and tool are easy and simple for businesses and users to work with with minimal help from outside . Make the app and tool worldclass products to increase reach adn active users . Write loads of specs for each sprint . Use efficiently the resources you have (people and time and cost) to the best optimum outcome . Make a good rapport with ur 160 odd team so they listen to you and you listen to their needs and everybody is happier at the end of the day. Work with google analytics, powerBI and databases regularly to crunch on the metrics that drive our platform day to day.Experience in product management has thought me how users' mind works and what will make businesses tick.   -Building products to grow our active fleet month on month is more challenging as well as enriching with unique insights every day -Attrition is a big game changer in this industry and tackling that is one of my key responsibilities-My charter covers entire driver onboarding and hiring funnel and "New driver experience " where we need to ensure new hires are loyal and engaing regularly on the platform by creating AHA moments, motivational nudges and see value in the platform which helps our supply which is always tailing behind demand-Communication charter for drivers is owned by me. We use clevertap to setup apt nudges at right time to mould driver behaviour- I also take care of the new driver app experience and the overall heat maps module of where to go at what time. Show less
