      Brought into the organization with the responsibility for the development and implementation of the CentroMotion Operating System across 22 global sites. CentroMotion was purchased by a PE firm and they replaced a large portion of the Exec Team along with the supporting Directors. While I wasn’t with the company for a significant amount of time before the new PE firm brought in their team I was able to accomplish several key initiatives to support their 2024 efforts.Responsibilities include:• Develop and execute on a vision for corporate Continuous Improvement, working with business unit leaders in a matrix organization. • Champion and facilitate continuous improvement processes across CentroMotion business units.• Standardize systems where necessary and develop site specific plans depending on needs and capabilities.• Ensure accuracy in measurement of CI activities and adjust resources and support as needed to achieve desired business results.• Responsible for setting the CI culture, assessing and establishing training as needed for CI tools and methodologies.• Accelerate best practice sharing and collaboration across CentroMotion.
