      Cholestech Corporation is a manufacturer of medical testing devices, primarily a cholesterol testing device used by physicians, hence the company's name Cholestech. Cholestech was acquired by Inverness Medical in 2007. Inverness Medical in now Alere Medical. In my position, I handled full cycle Accounts Payable using the AS400 system, ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. I worked with upper management to gather data on monies spent for reporting and budgeting. My duties also included tracking activity and completion of capital assets for amortization. I was instrumental in facilitating the transfer of our Accounts Payable and Accounting to corporate as our location closed. Show less

      Assistant Director, Business Systems--------------Senior Product ManagerWorking in the External Relations/Office of Development/Stanford Alumni Association organization, I am responsible for onboarding and supporting Marketing Automation and Event Management tools.--------------Business AnalystI was a dedicated resource to the ServiceNow project within the Business Systems group in the University IT Service Management Office.I had a critical role in the creation, documentation and technical implementation of many core ITSM processes. I have helped onboard several campus partners onto the ServiceNow platform and currently manage production releases, gather requirements for enhancements and continue to educate and assist users on the platform and processes.--------------Service ManagerIn May 2014, three separate IT groups at Stanford that provide services campus wide were consolidated under one umbrella called University IT. With that the Service Management office was created to focus on improving the delivery of IT services to clients on campus. During the development stage of the Service Management office, I worked with others in the SM office and technical managers to consistently handle the creation and retirement of new services and ongoing service delivery processes. Service delivery processes included ordering, billing and operational support procedures, testing and documentation.--------------Facilities Engineering Financial AssociateThe Facilities Engineering group is responsible for managing projects around campus relating to installation of communication cables such as fiber and conduit. Using Oracle Financials I created and managed purchase orders for capital and non-capital equipment and distributed to Accounts Payable for payment. My other main responsibility was rebilling clients through the Pinnacle billing system for engineering projects, doing a monthly reconciliation and providing reports to the Engineers as needed.
