  • About me

    I'm Prasan Singh, a community-centred guy with a keen interest in Cybersecurity. I have worked and researched security with IoTs, and Ai in Datacentres, Android Exploitation and cyber kill chain. Currently I'm learning Smart Contract Auditing. I am a community-oriented person dedicated to giving back to communities worldwide. I hold several leadership positions, including Postman Student Expert, Hack Club Lead, and Research Club Manager at EC Council University. Over my past gap year, I've been involved in more than 20 hackathons worldwide as a mentor, judge, and speaker. I've mentored participants in the field of cybersecurity and ideations at events like Hack The Mountains, Hack This Fall, Shell Hacks, Hackodisha, Octafest, FIU Annual Hackathon, Div Hacks, UofT Hacks IX, and SD Hacks, where I also served as a judge. Additionally, I've been a panellist and speaker at hackathons like Div Hacks (Columbia University), Octafest, Hack The Mountains, and Disha Security firm(for their employees' training program). I organized successful hackathons: Tech Ingenious 4.0 in Ahmedabad and Hack This Fall 3.0, where we welcomed 550 participants over three days. Additionally, I collaborated with GDG Ahmedabad to organize the state's biggest meetup and conducted a city tour covering multiple colleges to teach about web3 and Flow, 5ire. I'm currently leading the Zeeve Gujarat community drive and have been involved in organizing Polygon city meetups. I'm also the founder of the CyberJunk Community, which I established to bridge the gap between cybersecurity research and enthusiasts through various sessions, workshops, and live CTF practices. Our community's spaces are inclusive for everyone, encouraging beginners and connecting talents with industry experts worldwide. In March 2022, we organised TrekTheHill, a 15-day-long boot camp in NIT Raipur, consisting of 10 expert sessions, workshops, and a 24-hour hackathon. We had an overwhelming response of 600+ participants and 200+ active engagements. In September 2022, we conducted expert sessions in collaboration with Microsoft Azure in different colleges and were recognised by the Gujarat government for our efforts. Our Discord community now boasts over 700 members, with 1500 members on LinkedIn, all actively engaging as per their time zones.
