Responsible for a myriad of tasks: 1. COMMUNICATIONS / MARKETING:-Responsible for business development by engaging with the community, stakeholders, partners and/or supporters via social media, digital newsletter platforms, website design and event promotion.-Also responsible for managing and directing the organization's internal and external communications by creating, implementing and reporting strategies.-Support editorial integrity of the organization, its brand, including text, graphics, photos, videos and content. Conducts research to assist with information gathering and measurement on topics important to communications and strategy development.2. OPERATIONS:- Maintain internal bookkeeping, volunteer coordination, event management, board correspondence, database management, technical infrastructure and fundraising. 3) EARLY CHILDHOOD TRAINING CONFERENCE COORDINATOR: -Responsible for coordinating, managing and directing all Early Childhood Training Conferences (all-day, high-quality, professional development) throughout the year. The Early Childhood Training Conferences consist of collaborating with the City Council and their respective college/university in their district.
