  Working as CSM for client Cisco, it’s an online platform for hosting meetings where users can host Audio and Video conference. Owned each customer's experience across the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, driving adoption, continual engagement, renewal, and expansion. Building strong and long-lasting relationship with clients. Understanding their short term and long-term goals and help them retrieve the return of their investments by understanding their business needs. Managed day-to-day responsibilities for engaging client including developing, planning implementing, managing, and controlling all client activities for both front line and senior level partners. Proactively monitored customer reviews to determine operation enhancements, improvements and personal development. Understanding the business functions of the clients and how we as a vendor can fulfill those use cases in a better manner. Maintain net growth by selling and increasing footprint in the existing customer base to offset churn. Helping customers understand the full potential of our platform through upsells and ensure the success of renewals, which are the driving force of our business.
