  Activities and Societies: A search for meaning: Phenomenology of adolescent prejudicial bullying within the context of school The study will use the Functional Self-Discrimination Measure and Interview (FSDM-I) developed by Atkins & Styles (2016). This tool applies Relational Frame Theory (RFT) as a theoretical framework and as the foundation for conducting a functional assessment of verbal behavior associated with underlying processes that set the occasion for prejudicial and bias-based bullying. The study aims to use this assessment to provide insights for school leaders to drive systems-level changes.
