  My role is built around collaborating with executive teams, and taking ideas through to development teams. I provide guidance during sprint activities, help in designing new UX features, and facilitate user-research programming. This role requires me to use a diverse skillset, some highlights;Product and User Research:- Evaluating the existing version of the ENVISION software, and identifying areas of UX/UI improvement.- Understanding the WHY - Diving deep into the minds of our current user base, learning about their specific needs, and shortcomings of the current application.
