  Currently responsible for overseeing the upgrade to the Research Ethics process at Solent and engaging with researchers to maximise the impact of their research. This has involved amalgamating the policy and procedure into one document - bringing all departments under one policy and one ethics review process; sourcing training for staff and students; engaging with external partners to develop a new ethics review app for solent.
