  Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Lead the preparation of the Corporate Five-Year Business Plan for the company’s Management and Industrial Shareholders in addition to ensuring its alignment with previous plans for more accurate decision making. -Lead drafting the guidelines for the Five-Year Plan to ensure a consistent structure and quality of content and its alignment with the long-term company plans. -Lead the development and formulation of the company’s strategy and long-term business plans. -Lead the development and verification of the Five-Year Strategic Plan to ensure alignment with the long term corporate strategic business imperatives and strategic objectives. -Developing the divisional strategic objectives, KPIs and key initiatives across the organization through Balanced Score Cards (BSC) across all divisions within the company. -Lead the development and implementation of the Corporate Balanced Scorecard System (BSC) to provide the management with the corporate performance progress and ensure continuous performance development and operational sustainability. -Continuous monitoring and analysis related to trends in KPIs across the company’s divisions and formulating the appropriate remedial action plans. Show less •Providing consultation for the production and maintenance teams as it relates to equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine equipment surveillance, start-up activities, and training on all rotating and static equipment for optimum plant availability, reliability and sustainability to meet the plant Integrity requirements.•Developing long/short term plans for machinery maintenance through equipment performance evaluations based on applicable maintenance strategies, running hours and condition monitoring parameters and equipment history to maintain high reliability & availability of the plant. •Coordinating with Plant Planning personnel and periodically reviewing and monitoring the approved budget, resources and maintenance schedules to ensure sufficient availability of resources, man power and spare parts required to meet maintenance requirements and work load for department/section.•Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures and non-scheduled shutdowns and recommending problem resolutions. •Implementing root cause analysis, equipment improvement recommendations in respective department/section in order to increase the equipment’s’ availability and reliability of and to prevent future similar sources of errors. •Providing technical review, in addition to technical and executional support for improvement projects, major maintenance projects and new expansion projects. All with the objective of optimizing costs and ensuring accurate implementation and compliance with applicable standards and best practices. •Performing Management of Change reviews to ensure safe operation and equipment design and implementation of any required changes. •Producing proper procedures for critical, specialized, unfamiliar and high risk jobs and ensuring their implementation when needed in order to ensure job execution quality and safety.
