      I work with nonprofit organizations to help advance economic mobility for individuals and families, especially those living in low-to-moderate income communities. Managed a team of systems analyst who provide financial services and support to employees within the CFO group. This includes financial reporting, data delivery, issue resolution and user adoption/readiness for system upgrades. Reconciled financial data between legacy source systems, SAP and Insight as part of the Financial Systems Roadmap (FSR) dual-post migration project to SAP. This included variance analysis/remediation, and partnering with business operations and technology teams to create business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specs for the strategic e-Ledger (SAP) platform.
