Show less I have more than 5 years work experience in training field. I have performed various kinds of activities in this field. That’s are mentioning below;- Involve and assist LM /working group for standardization of training curriculum, materials, tools, methods for training products; post-training services; capacity development initiatives and for other purposes. - Maintain Development forum (Study circle, creative writing, Monthly Activities Report, Course Completion Report, Monthly Training Report etc.- Field follow-up, Monitoring and Report Writing.- Prepare slides & handout by using computer technology.- Assist BLC management in different aspect. - Engage and give necessary support to LM for regular updating, reviewing process of training modules, courses according to the changes/suggestions/feedback/recommendations of relevant stakeholders.- Follow and promoting the values and the branding guideline of BRAC in all kinds of presentation, documentation, communication etc. - Written given assignment in regularly in Bengali or English.
