      As both a founding partner and General Manager of Harrier, I was responsible for client and business development and establishing key relationships which supported the Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO) and HR Consulting divisions of Harrier, while also leading the internal resourcing for these divisions. Significant managed services contracts were won with multinational oil & gas and resources clients, including Chevron and BHP, supporting major capital projects (Gorgon + Wheatstone) & greenfields expansion. Between 2007 and 2012, we grew Harrier from 3 people to over 70 spread across many client sites, based on our ambition to revolutionise the RPO industry in the same way that the Harrier aircraft had done for aviation.I also established the HR Recruitment division for Harrier in 2007 and built it to be the leading boutique HR Recruitment firm in WA based on service differential and engagement model. l was responsible for the leadership and direction of a team of experienced and qualified HR professionals, who were focused on the appointment HR & Internal Recruitment professionals.In 2012, I decided that I wanted to spend more time with my young family, and exited the business, selling my shares in the company at the same time. Achievements: *Extensive stakeholder and customer engagement across regional WA, Victoria and NSW *Facilitated scientific trials across Australia to demonstrate efficacy of the products (endophytic trichoderma) used in both broadacre agriculture and horticulture. * Successfully negotiated a wholesale agreement with WA based organic agricultural supply company for the distribution of Microbika products across Australia. * Completed sale of trademarks and important permits to Australian agricultural manufacturer and distributor in July 2022. Achievements included:-Focus on organisational sustainability through the integration of VSwans into the Swans brand over 18 months which included extensive change and stakeholder management-Restructure of business away from “Community” to “Social Impact '' -Member of the Aboriginal Accelerated COVID-19 Vaccination Sub-Committee for the Midland Police District in 2021.-Management of Swans Aboriginal Advisory Committee &Swans Disability & Access Committee-Management of the Club’s Reconciliation Action Plan (Innovate) & Truth Telling strategy dealing with cases of past racism.-Development & implementation of a new social impact strategy & measurement-Evolved and created innovative new programs in Roebourne & across our schools in the Midland area -Development of the Swans Community Health Hub partnership on Wednesdays & Fridays providing access to health services for Aboriginal People at Steel Blue Oval. -Creation of the first Swan Districts All Abilities Integrated & Wheelchair teams -Management of all funding partnerships with state and federal government agencies including the National Indigenous Australians Agency, Department of Community, Department of Education, WA Police and the Department of Justice and corporates including Chevron, Rio Tinto & Mineral Resources. This included liaising with State and Federal Government Ministers.-Established Swans as a “trusted provider” with the Department of Education -Formed new relationships and partnerships with Curtin University, Rio Tinto, City of Karratha and the City of Swan. -Partnered with the WA Football Commission and Rio Tinto to commission a large mural by Noongar Artist, Kevin Bynder, at Steel Blue Oval, which required extensive facilitation and consultation with local Elders.
