  My key area of concentration is supply chain optimisation, mainly working within an Urban Company. I largely focused on the optimisation network of our service professionals. This deals with improving resource usage and analysing intercategory demand-supply variations across regions for efficient servicing delivery. My job revolves around the need to control service availability, monitor available supplies inventories for each professional and point bottlenecks within our service delivery chain. Through such improvements, I ensured an effective onboarding process among new service partners to support constant service quality and lessen lead times. I engaged in data analytics for demand forecast patterns and contributed to determining the capacity plan to help prevent service gaps. I also achieve optimised last-mile service deliveries with reduced response times through operation collaboration. I look at various supply chain metrics, including service fulfilment rates, partner utilisation, and delivery efficiency, which can indicate improvements in our end-to-end service network. Show less
