  My role revolved around planning and organising weekly safety meetings to discuss emerging safety issues and develop new measures in order to minimise unwanted incidents.I enhanced participants’ skillset by executing training/coaching sessions on human factors and behavioural based safety. I’m still proud of developing close working relations with clients, VIP’s, and government enforcement bodies. Throughout my stay at Stena Drilling, I was tasked with carrying out detailed vessel safety inductions in order to enhance new recites’ acquaintance pertaining to emergency response actions.Also, my role was to increase involvement with meetings and addressing rig HSE performance. One of my key responsibilities at this job was to collaborate with Rig Manager, identify safety concerns, and recommend robust methods for improvements.I was also responsible for executing regular site inspections to identify compliance barriers and ensure stringent adherence to regional health and safety law as well as with the company safety management system.
