      At Landmark Interiors, after one year, I spearheaded the launch of the new Design Center in Palm Valley, AZ, showcasing my ability to innovate and lead. My specialization included the skilled coordination and colorization of various interior products such as flooring, countertops, and cabinets, as well as intricate details in-home wiring, plumbing, and appliances. I was adept at performing take-offs from blueprints to calculate custom prices for selected upgrade items accurately. My creativity was further exemplified in creating custom floor and wall designs using stone and porcelain tiles, complete with custom diagrams for illustration. Balancing time constraints, I effectively managed multiple accounts and back-to-back appointments. My role also involved working with 12 home builder accounts, encompassing 630 different floor plans.
