      An Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access(IDEA) Assistant offers support in order to spread diversity and awareness throughout campus. This can be done through offering support in the IDEA Center Office, assistance in Media Creating and Distribution, and supporting IDEA Ambassadors. A Community Advisor is a student who lives in a specific floor in a Residential Hall with students, and serves as an immediate support and resource to students. I served the role of the Community Advisor for the Diversity Scholars Living Learning Cluster in Plymouth State University for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. I now serve the role of the Community Advisor for the Non-Traditional Student Apartments in Plymouth Sate University for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.
