  Aside from fulfilling my main responsibilities of my role, I have also partake in projects to streamline and to automate further of our current processes using a combination of VBA and Macros. Ensuring that our Mutual/Hedge Funds Orders are placed/reported timely and accurately. Show less During my stint with Settlements Team, I identified some elements of the process which could be automated with the use of Microsoft Excel. With the belief that these elements can be further streamlined, I developed various automated solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy for the team. In addition, I was tasked by my supervisor to develop a solution using formulae to reduce the time needed to prepare the Quarterly Failed Trade Report for Higher Management. We have effectively reduced the time needed by 70% due with the new system in place.
